You have the right to access your data and to get a copy you can take with you (Articles 15 and 20 GDPR).
In the app
Account → Juridisch en privacy → Mijn gegevens → Gegevens downloaden. You get a JSON file with your profile, recipes with ingredients and steps, cook photos, pantry and fridge scans, likes, shopping lists, reports, blocks and cooking streak. Through your phone’s share menu you choose where to save the file.
Everything, or without the app
Want a complete copy, including what is not in the download (such as who you follow, saved recipes, XP history and video processing)? Email app.ghostchef@outlook.com from your account’s email address with the subject [PLUM] GHOSTCHEF_DATA. We reply within one month.
Only include the email address of your GhostChef account. Do not send a copy of your ID card.
Please note: an AI reads our email. Every email sent to app.ghostchef@outlook.com, including reports made in the app, is read and sorted by an AI assistant: Grok by xAI (US). Only include what is needed. Decisions are always made by a person. More information
